Option 1: Take a picture of the damaged photo with your phone and email it to us at: info@cmykolorgraphics.com and specify the output size 4×5, 5×7, 8×10 or other. (Taking a picture of the orginal photo with your phone will not give you the best quality restored photo because the photo might be a low resolutions depending on you phone camera settings.)
Option 2: Upload a scan of the damaged photo specify the output size 4×5, 5×7, 8×10
or other. Scanned photos will give you the best restored photo quality.
Follow these tips for high-quality scans
- Clean the scanner surface before scanning
- Scan in RGB color even if the photo is black and white
- Use 300 dpi or 600 dpi resolutions setting
- Tiff file format is preferred
If you don’t have a scanner you can take your photo to any local print shop or copy center that offers scanning services.
